I belive so. There's a connector right under the thermostat behind the crossover pipe. I think that's the coolant temperature sensor. It goes right into the block.Originally Posted by EHB

Actually it's in the LIM not the block.
Here's a pic of the end of the LIM, hole on the left is the ECT hole

The electrical connector with the yellow on it goes to the sensor, just to it's right
