I see references to a top gun chip for the 1990 pontiac grand prix mclaren.

Does anyone know anything about these chips and what they do?

    Can they still be purchased?

This guy had did a max tune:

I sent him a couple emails and no reply. Is anyone able to help contact him?
I am hoping to get a copy of his tune from his grand prix using the factory parts and turbo.

Jeff M used to make the Top Gun chips, but he disappeared from the internet a few years back. He had at least 2 kinds (Top Gun 180 & 160). Because the chip for these cars were rushed by GM, they had some runability issues from the factory. The most basic of Jeff M's chips took care of those issues. Each of the Top Gun chips required a thermostat of the same temperature as the numbers in the name of the chips indicate, as the chip kicked the fans on at those temps. There were some mild table changes, and everyone thought these chips were the greatest thing since sliced bread in the late '90s/early '00s, but nowadays, it's considered very mild/tame versus something like TGPilot's (Kenny) "Hot Tune" chip, which is far more aggressive. If Kenny's still around and selling those on the tgpforums, you might want to hit him up.

Your private message inbox is full and it wont let me send you a message.
I would like to contact Adam Perkins, can you send me his contact info?

I would like to have him tune the car. I have been trying to do it myself and without the experience, it is not working.
