Got it ready for winter;
Mounted winter wheels and winter tires
Changed the oil
Installed the o2 emulator
Replaced all three coils. It runs so much better and smother.
I did a few quick pulls last night with a 50jet and it was nice but nothing great really but I'm also having bottle warmer issues so my bottle pressure was really low and my afr was in the 9s. Today though when the bottle pressure was up where it was supposed to be at I did a quick couple runs with a 65 shot jetting and that was pretty great! Definitely noticeable and a nice 40mph torque steer feeling in 2nd. I just need to get a new warmer or figure out why mine isn't working properly

time to get some drag radials lol i tell ya i dont want to take em off, but they need to be saved for the track. its so nice to just lay into the gas and it just goes.
I pulled mine out of the garage the other night...needed to hear some blower wine. I always forget to turn the tc off.
Got the snow tires on.
Also mounted the new headlight ballast I had to change earlier in the week (was sitting loose behind the headlight housing).

Ya I didn't think I could lose that much power it was in the high 9s but since then ive upped it to a 75 shot but kept the fuel jet the same and it seems better now. I'm still having a lot of inconsistency issues and to top it off I have 2 gauges which read a 300psi difference and so I don't know which one to believe which is making tuning the system a real b*tch.

Ya seriously when the nitrous system actually works its like a whole new world. I thought I had traction issues before and now I floor it at 40-50mph and blow the tires off I'm just worried about the added stress good hookups would put on my poor tranny.

Finally.... after replacing almost everything, including rebuilding the engine and transmission, the car is running great, and there are NO bad lights on the dash (even the pesky abs)!!!!!

Just finished modifying and installing some low resistance 10.5mm spark plug wires
Not bad for $26! If only the rest of my engine bay looked that good...
(Don't worry, I plan on adding more shielding and wire spacers but the old ones don't fit the 10.5mm)

They are spiral wound and low resistance. Obviously they have 90 elbows instead of 180, but I had some spare ends lying around, so I bored out the old plug boots, crimped on new connectors, and slipped the boot and factory shielding on with dielectric grease. Car runs great with the new plugs. I might have to do a how to sometime.
