Behind the motor, it got lost by the PS pump. After losing 50% of the skin on my fingers I gave up lol.
I found one of my nice 13mm sockets when I pulled the air dam off... I lost it back in Germany. Lol
Well at least you know where to look. Lol
I completely forgot about that
Grand prix got new hub assemblies. They were in one piece coming out but one of the bolts wouldn't come out. Ended up getting it out, but the whole job took about 6 hours, for both sides.

Had to laugh today. Took the car to my buddy's parents place for a picnic. His dad asks me, "You get a new car?" I looked perplexed back at the car and realized she was still looking good from yesterday's car wash, and laughed as I answered, "Nope, just washed it." LOL
Sister car blew a tire so I had to scramble to find for replacement tires. Got these wheels and tires for $165.
Here is the story. Was supposed to get them from guy. He had them on his car because he had some 20s he was getting from his friend the day he sold these. He told me the night before his pap would bring a jack and stands over so we could remove all 4 tires and leave his car on stands till he got his wheels. Show up the next day which is an hour from my house and his pap didn't bring the stands or jack. Ok we'll figure something out, we had to use the stock jack and a 3/8 rachet from my truck because that's all I had. Get the LF tire off and put the doughnut on. Get the LR tire off and hit a snag because we have nothing to set the car on. I scan his garage find 3 bundles of shingles, told him we'll put the lug nuts on to hold the rotor and I set the car on the bundle of shingles on the rotor. Set it down all is good. Get to the other side jack it as high and as possible leave the stock jack and rip the other two tires off. Forgot to mention the tire shop who put the tires on his car used thors hammer on the lugs. I was using the stock socket thing from the jack and was literally bending it trying to break the lugs free. Was not a fun morning at all... literally the most sketch thing I have ever done.

Changed all motor mounts on my 06 GXP today. What a pain in the culo!!!
Heat wasn't working, so it started as simple heater core job... Ended up taking out so much from the inside that I figured I'm gonna replace the carpet. F**k it. Costs approx. $230 with mass backing. Then Scotty said if the core isn't leaking, its likely the actuators causing the zero heat issue. So I'm replacing both actuators as well. Drivers side was terrible. Once I got all the mounting screws off, I couldn't get enough leverage to yank it out. I ended up drilling a hole into the actuator, drilling a screw into there, and prying it out with a screwdriver. Waiting on new actuators and carpet to come in. Might do heater core just because. New carpet gonna be NICE!!
reach in and turn that d/s knob by hand, make sure it turns easy. mine all pulled right off. dont know why your was so stuck on there.
warm the engine up, touch the heater core, if its getting hot it works.
