A gold turd is something that looks like s*** but you make it look good on the outside. Its what my grandfather and father in law call my car and they always ask me why I'm polishing a turd lol

Put the 3.0 on today. Made loud whiney sounds. Didn't break anything. It's been a good day.
Ordered inlays with the black Friday 20% off coupon.
Thinking of getting TRS stuff for the 04, was going to do another 35 watt H1(and transfer the stuff from my 02), but the 04+ housing can handle more right?
Sister broke her passanger wiper the other day, they were froze and she turned them on and the passanger one stopped working. Tightened the nut on it snd told her don't do it again.
Loaned my timing light to my bro, hope I see it again. Did more ancient chainsawing and splitting. Saw a guy having a bad day on the interstate (hit temp divider, fd up his Titan), primed the carb and took the Grape out after whizzing back from the fam spot in the GTP. Tryin to pack it all in while the air is warm ahead of the rain.
They list them as more heat resistant, wonder if they did that as an effort to be fully 55w compatible?
Honestly for 04+ I want to do dual projectors, I have a spare set of their $20 projectors.
Ehh I wouldn't do 55w yet.. But they seem to be so much better then the previous gen. I was going to pull the trigger and get some g37 sedans but the h1 look promising especially for the ease of install

The new 7.0s look awesome, wider than an FXR. Im thinking about getting a new set of retros with them.
But mannn h1 bulbs are doodoo, I really wish an md2s would fit so I could use OEM bulbs
Yup d2s bulbs for the win, but they do look promising I never liked running h1 because of there problems but hopefully they've fixed thatS

I've got the old H1's and haven't had a single issue with them, lucky I guess?
I haven't used a pair since like version 4 or 5 I prefer tuned oem projectors but I reconsidered after seeing some output shots not to mention how much easier it is to fit the mini then say the fxr etc

Yup walker, I suppose 1/4 of an inch would be okay for a welded connection? Definitely not enough for a clamp. Wonder if there's a spacer for the bolt flange lol
Are the old flanges so bad they couldn't be welded to the Walker? Trying real hard not to say "Just weld it" again, lol. Maybe the muff guy has some old flanges that could be swapped over off an old cat or something if not yours. Or maybe they sell new flanges but yeah $ so not. You probably already considered using the existing flange.
Well that resonator is a direct fit, so the flange is already on it. The issue is it's not quite as long as it probably should be. If I just bought a glasspack, I would cut the resonator, leaving the stock flanges together and welding at both ends.
Then as I can imagine, two years later the flange falls apart and I have to deal with it.
