What did you do to your car today? Vol 2.0

Took no pics but let me paint a mental image. For the long spacers I took a 7/16 nut, drilled the middle to 1/4 and chamfered the hole, and sanded the nut a little to make it shorter.

Total length for the long spacers is right in between 3/4" and 1".

3/4" is the length of the transgo long spacers, and 1" is what you want for a hard shift kit. Me going in the middle, I hope it actually meets somewhere in the middle. Now that I think of it, I also added springs. Not sure if that will make them too hard. I still have the accumulator on the bench.

Uppers are stock for 1-2 and slightly longer for 2-3

Over the last week; just about finished stripping my parts car, took pictures of all the parts, my brother and I put my new exhaust on the GP, and did coolant elbows, valve cover gaskets, and swaybar on the Regal. Swaybar was a real pain, lol, we had the thing jacked at the weirdest angle, front end was blocked up at an angle, and the rear right wheel was off the ground, and the rear left wheel was really low. Had to lower the sub-frame some too.

When you find a car like your own & you have to park next to it. Also, GXP on the left had "+5hp" stickers in the back glass.Hilarious. I must meet the owner now. XD

^^^I was rly excited to get some booze in me @ the Brewery across the street. That car is always parked there. So I'll leave a GPF.net note next time I see it.

Got my radar metal head gaskets hud dash made a deal with a guy to do my hud dic and cluster blue and I'm doing valve covers for him and I got my front wheel bearings

After the 02 sat for almost a month, I've decided to dd it for a little while. I kinda miss that car, it's slow but it handles so much better than my 06, and the shifts are really quick. But maybe not quicker, I finished the modified shift kit in the 06 and haven't driven it yet lol. It's been blocked in and out of gas, and the 02 needs to be driven. I wish I could own both cars, only because I'd hate to see it go. It's a pretty nice car with all of the custom stuff I've done to it. It would be a complete steal for kbb value, and would be the very best car on CL at that price, guaranteed.

Well there are 5 cars in the household, so space is an issue. And of course I'm paying insurance on both cars when I can only use one at a time. Tabs are due in may, $75 for each car. Just not needed. I can afford it but everyone asks why.

I would use it on the bad salty winter days lol. Then when it blows over, take it to the car wash and clean it real good and power wash the underside, then park it. It's somewhat of a backup vehicle as well, for me and others.

I've run like 4 name brand fuel injector cleaners in it over the years. Never sea foam, saved that for the 06. Just put it all in the gas tank.

Blue- if theres any chance your work would let you park it there, you could keep it exercised at lunch. Plus when the 06 breaks (heaven forbid), you just need a ride not an immediate fix. Gives a lot more control of how you play the cards you're dealt in life. A hard workin car fixin man like yourself can have two and its smart if you ask me. Until you can parlay it into a RWD V8 pickup or something else you want, rock both!
