Really? This is like the third or fourth "how small a pulley can i run" thread in the last week. It must be a rash or something going around.

But alas, to answer, what year? L67 or L32? How is your car running now? Everything up to date maintenance wise?
Hypothetically, with a full exhaust (including headers and hi flow cat) on a gev v maybe a 3.2. No headers 3.5. Gen III 3.1 maybe lower?
Hard to say and these threads suck btw. SCAN THAT MOTHERF***** AND FIND OUT.

I run a 3.2 untuned on 42# injectors. I could probably run a 3.1 without any issues. Im stock with a hot air intake and ubend delete.

Its faster than most gtp's with cam/headers/intercooler lol.

I'm running a 42#'s as well, untuned for them on E85. It works. And on mine works pretty well. I stay at normally between 7.8 and 9.3 on my LTFT's. Sometimes goes up to 12.5 or 13.3 but rarely hits the max 16.4. I ran a 70/30 blend of E85(30) and 93(70) before i switched over and i would be about the same. Runs better now. Its high, but the car runs really strong and has no knock.

I went from a 3.5 with headers and about 2* of knock to a 3.3 with none. And i'm sure i could go to a 3.2 but i'm just playing it safe. BUT I SCAN WITH TORQUE EVERY TIME I GO OUT. And if i start to see weird trims or any big knock i will pulley up. That is literally the only way to do it.

And just browsing the Supercharged engine section of this forum would have brought you probably hundreds of results about this same topic. But still. Good luck.

Guess you're screwed when that cam/headers/IC gtp runs race gas, eh darkhorizon? I mean that takes away the single advantage you have, running race gas on a daily basis. Never would've guessed 105 octane could make up for 3 of the best mods you could do, lol.

I see you listed both headers and a cam, you did read what darkhorizon posted and what I posted in response, right? Do you think e85 alone is going to make up for a cam, IC, AND headers? Also, lol @ ic's being worthless. Never spent a summer in south TX, huh?

A local guy ran e85 with 42.5lb injectors on a pretty much stock tune Regal with an intake and 3"DP. I believe he was running on a 3.2 pulley. Then, he used meth injection to run a 2.8.

And then, he put headers on it.

    Then sprayed it.

And kept the stock trans. Then it turned into an '01 GTP.

    And it went 11.83 @ 116 <$2k in mods

Should consolidate all these E85 threads into a single grand unified theory!

Next time I see E85 (thread) I'm just gonna pop some popcorn, kick back and giggle... Amuse myself!

Does anyone think that there might b more to gain to run 80lb injectors instead of the 42lb on stock tune thinking it might enable the use of a 3.0 pulley

You won't be able to run 80's on the stock tune.
