As the thread title indicates, are there any problems specific to the 04+ Grand Prixs that I should be on the lookout for? I may be looking at one soon and would like to know what to look for.

Apart from intake gaskets and rust below the gas door, of course.

Look for cracked plastic parts in the interior, torn seats. Make sure the power windows work and power seats work. Check to make sure the passenger side hasn't been leaking water (some will, easy fix if it does, just avoid rust), normal GP stuff.

Check behind the driver side headlight in the engine bay, salt likes to sit there.
Mine seems to have a gap under the headlights and bumper.
I remedied most of it with a bicycle inner tube cut to fit, folded ,rtv and tucked into headlight gasket to expand the seal.
Just look it over. By now you know what to expect.
