    Where in WNY are you? Been cold here in Rochester. Might be able to take a look at the routing of the cable and see if you can reach it from the wheel well and pull it.

    I got my car back right, my new strut is on new brake line, but how the hell did the mechanics get it on with out opening the hood? Hood still won't open, Could of swore you had to undo the three bolts on the engine bay

    maybe call them back up and ask how they got the hood open, cause you cant.

    My only theory is that it's frozen. Don't see how, Starting the car after I paid the mechanic I noticed it was taking it's sweet time turning over. So who knows. But Thanks again Scotty you the man!!!
