What would it take besides a steering column,seats and console to change a column shift grand Prix into a floor shift?

What's connected to our transmissions to change the gears is it electronically done?

Pcm controls the shifts.

But I believe there is a manual gear selector on the trans.

So it wouldn't be hard to so the swap?
