Hey guys, I'm pretty new here. But i've stalked the forum for some time.

Anyway. I've got a 97 Grand Prix and it's just too fast for me. I fee like it's dangerous. It does 0-60 in like 9 seconds. That's pretty fast. Any help in making it slower is greatly appreciated.

Also. Do I need to run premium? 87 octane is so much cheaper.

Put a 1x2 under the gas pedal. Even better, rig up a tazer to the gas pedal where you get tazed if you go more than 50% throttle. This may help on other cars too.

Pull it into the garage, jack it up, remove the tires and put it on blocks!

    Done!

or better yet, give it to somebody with BALLS to drive it, thank you.

I tried that. It seemed to work but it rode just a bit rough for my liking. It looked basically identical to this. But I used smaller blocks.

Anybody have Tim's number? What kind of mods would he be doing to decrease the performance of my vehicle?

Going to try the 87 octane. And correct me if I'm wrong here. But bigger pulley=more boost correct? So if that's the case I want the smallest pulley possible for the least amount of boost. What's the absolute smallest pulley made?

Are you being for real right now? BTW, regular 87 octane for a GTP really isn't good; just ask anyone on here.
