anyone know what i should do with my exhaust. i did a temporary fix with like 4 connectors, 6 exhaust clamps and some exhaust tape. after doing that, my car vibrates and you can here it rattle. i hate the noise and feel of my car. any ideas on what i should do, and thats cheap. looking to stay on a decent budget

not sure if it is leaking. but the vibration and noise that it makes when vibrating is what is really getting me. and thats because i have a ton of exhaust clamps on there for an easy fix

Is it like the mufflers rattling or what exactly did you fix.

Get a piece of cardboard to lay on and snap some pics.
I am sure you will get a lot of suggestions after you post them.

    This.

Mine rattles slightly but not having a exhaust hanger welded onto the headers anymore will do that.

sounds like your not using the rubber hangers at this pint by the cat. i wired mine up for a temp fix and my god did it vibrate bad.

i called it. your hanger is bolted to the floor and right to the pipe. thats all the racket you hear.

you need to take them off and then weld a rod to the pipe where it will fit the rubber hanger that mounts from under the car.

if the floor part and rubber hanger are still there parts stores sell a clamp style rod.

then they sell a rubber strap you bolt to under the car and clamp the pipe to it. it has a bunch of holes to use for adjustments.

in this pic of my old and new pipes side by side, you can see the old one has a clamp on rod in the same place as the new one's welded on rod. mine rusted off lol
