Well speed daddy has gone stupid on pricing so I found another similar header on eBay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/201098021433 think that would be just as good? Anyone ever used these?

Well for future reference, 99.999999% of whatever you are asking has most likely already been discussed previously in probably a thousand different threads especially on a platform that is 17+ years old. Plus the search function does work. To quote Bio or Matt learn to forum better.
