Finally had to change my coolant elbow.
Last week it split at the molded seam shooting water everywhere. At the same time i new i already had oil leaking out of the lim gasket, so i bought the new metal lim gasket set and got the alum. coolant elbow and installation was very simple easy. The lim gaskets had the normal deterioration that i have seen hear from other users, it wouldn't have been much longer and oil and water would have started meeting each other. Surprisingly at wot takeoffs it accelerates quicker and smoother. Idle is smoother also, obviously the lim gaskets were sucking air.
