I cant tell you how high the mix can be to not go over the threshold but considering you have fuel trims over 24 at wot yours is too high. Lower the percentage a bit more and see what happens. Just start adding a gallon of fuel to your tank at a time. Once your fuel trims are not maxing under any condition take a fuel sample to a dealer and get them to test it for you. Then you will know the exact alcohol percent you can safely use. If you live close to the desmoines iowa area i would test it for you.

Thank you for a real response. I'll try 6 gallons of e85 and 8 gallons of 93 next time and see what I get. Do dealers charge for a test?

If you brought in a fuel sample in a glass bottle. I would think you could get them to do it for free. You only need 3 oz or so. You might want to call ahead and make sure they have a fuel composition tester (they should as its an essential tool)

Lots of fuel pressure gauges have an air bleed valve and hose. Just hook the gauge to the service port, start the engine and bleed the hose into glass bottle. Use a snapple bottle or something similar. If you cant get to a fuel pressure gauge like that just take the feed line off of the rail and get someome to key it on for you
