Okay well I had a dumb moment, but there are a few excuses. The only problem here is the the display bulb is burned out...yeah. The reason for this dumb moment is because I tried a JY faceplate and still the same symptoms. Well JY parts aren't always 100% working. I was using the time buttons to make sure it was working, when that's not really the way to test it. Plus it burned out somewhere between removing it from the radio, and me un-hooking the wires. That's a lesson learned, bulbs can burn out at ANY time lol. Literally. Now all I need to do is replace the bulb, and it should be all good and I'll have an aux jack with the stock radio. It looks like I have to de-solder the connections and pull the brown assembly off, is that right?
Anyone know where to get a replacement bulb soon, or do I need to order it and wait a week before having a complete car? Kinda looks like a racekar plus seats right now, I've been driving it like that.
