Well as some may know I'm letting go of my 99 GTP but as a replacement i'd like to get an 04+ (preferably a Comp G but a GTP will suffice.) So i'm just curious if there is anything different about the newer models that I should be on the lookout for other than the usual GP crap. Rust, trans issues, leaky gaskets ect. I know that some of these newer models can't be tuned so i'm looking for an 04-05. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. I hope not to break as much stuff on this new car lol.

leaky onstar antenna, 06-07 can be tuned using a 04-05 pcm, get a 5 button dic, if the hud isn't working right it's an easy fix. Text me or call if your looking at a car and have questions about it.

How difficult is it to put an 04-05 pcm in an 06-07? Just connect it or is there all kinds of electronic crap involved?

Alright so not too difficult then? If that's the case that makes it much easier for me to find a new car lol.
