Good morning everyone. I have a 2000 GP 3.1. I replaced the Idle Air Control valve, Throttle Position Sensor, plugs and wires. Runs great except still idles a little ruff an has a slight shutter when taking off from a stop. Any ideas.

As for codes I haven't had it diagnosed just bought it. The kid cut a bunch of wires putting in a sterio and little things it needed were ignored. I paid $500 and the tune up was $41 and the TPS and IAC together were $24. So I don't have a lot in it. I'll replace the front struts next week for $135,

It wouldn't idle above 800. knew it had to be, or I thought the TPS or IAC.Now it idles at about1200 and runs great What did you use to clean the throttle body and maf ?

    Interesting.

BRAKE or CARBEURATOR CLEANER for the throttle body.

MAF or ELECTRONICS CLEANER for the maf spindle. Don't physically touch it.

It wouldn't hurt to clean the air temp sensor while you're at it.

How's your air filter? Fuel filter?
