Speedometer rising in idle.

Having a weird issue, while idling the speedometer raises to 10 mph and just hangs. It'll drop and then rise. Any ideas? I searched and couldn't find anything. Thanks guys

Check and clean the connection on the VSS sensor?

Check grounds under dash. Clean your pants after you look under your dash

On the transmission diff housing.

Google for a picture, its not hard to find it.
