Is the torque app a reliable way to scan what your engine is doing? i know it uses an obd2 connection so it pulls information from the pcm just kinda leary about using my phone as a scanner. What wold be the best bluetooth ob2 use?

I have been using the Torque App for over a year and it is extremely reliable and is accurate (I have HPtuners to compare it too)
this is what I use for an obd2 connector
