    I was eye balling a sweet black 2004 CTS with the 400 hp LS6 and my friend who has a white GTP very similar to the one in this video GTP vs CTS-V - YouTube sent me this video. My red GTP is really my son's car in reality. I do 90% of the work and own it but he drives it. Cadillac CTS-V Series Forum - 2004 - 2007 So I'm thinking about getting something a little different and modding it a little. Looks like guys are putting headers and other mods on these cars too. Thought it was a pretty funny video to share lol
    Stage 1 Comp Cam / 105 Springs / Yella Terra 1.7's / SLP Headers / Ported heads / 255 Walbro fuel pump / Siemans 60# Injectors / 2.8 Pulley / 180 stat, 104 AL's / Intense e85 tune / 3" ZZP exhaust / GXP seats / KYB Coilovers /

    Rear diffs explode on those...something to do with lots of wheel hop...I would go for a g8 gt instead

    Interior blows monkey balls on the G8's. I would suggest a LS2 GTO or look at a C6 Vette.

    Did anybody watch the you tube video? thought it was pretty good... I'm not getting a Vette and probably won't get another car either. Two kids in college a mortgage and gas at 4 bucks per gallon has me strapped.

    The 04-05 ctsv are actually becoming somewhat affordable nice fast car just would possibly have diff issues like gtp's have trans issues

    I'd rather save money for a few years and have one hell of a down payment on a CTS-V coupe. or wagon.

    I believe tbhe new camaro diffs are direct bolt in upgrades for the gto/cts-v iirc I remember reading that id have to go troll through my gm high tech and performance magazines.
