I am stuck on whether to get a loan for a Gxp or go intercooled and 3.2/3.3 pulley on my Gtp . . . any input would be great. ive noticed the GXP's seem to be out the ass expensive to see lower than stock 1/4 mile times, but would it be better to spend the money to get a GXP or spend half that to put my car into the low 13's?

From what I heard the aluminum block on the LS4 transfers far too much heat all around. Stick with the GTP. The 3800 is tried, tested and true for reliability.

It's a more "expensive" platform with the same faults as the one you have now, trans and fwd. If you need to take out a loan for one, I would wait and save up for a G8. I also think an intercooler for these setups is one of the first things you should buy, but that money could go towards a G8...

Taking out a loan to mod a car isn't a smart decision.

I would say keep the GTP and mod as you can.
