Honestly it wouldnt be worth it.
But to answer, lower intake manifold, upper intake plenum, throttle body, lower intake gaskets.
The lower plenum is a restriction.. why open up the top if you're going to keep the bottleneck at the bottom? Swapping uppers will create zero gain. Swapping the whole thing might give you one, as well as fix the potential issue of the lim gasket leaking if that's a common problem on those motors
While you're at it look into the 3500 topswap. I hear that opens up a bit of power.
