Just got intense squares and rounds last week, their sitting in the box still waiting to go on. I figured dog bones only wouldn't vibrate at all, their not even loaded against the chassis sitting at idle. A few years ago we built a dsm with full prothanes all the way around, no balance shafts and big cams. It was miserable, the keys jingled in the ignition at idle and the engine would resonate through the steering wheel and make your fingers numb.

^ This. Newer Intense mounts>anything else. (Bill I forgot to mention this to you a few days ago. What brand do you have in your car?)

Great vid of flipping the mounts by OP.

edit: Putting square and round polys WILL cause vibration at idle while in gear but it's not terrible.

Thanks, that's what I keep in mine when doing how-to's. I know how it is in the middle of working, when your hands are dirty and you just want to find out how to do something and get back to work.

Its funny how something that seems so simple can turn bad if you were to rip the Dogbone mount trying to flip it. Good how to video.

I've had 3800performance MSP upper square mounts for over 2yrs in my GS but now im leaning towards intense performance poly square mounts. I loved the MSP mounts but I hated the 3 piece design. Intense mounts are 1 piece, so more solid and less chance of any unwanted movement.

And flipped stock mounts are a great idea and less expensive, but i think once you start modding and gaining more power, those poly square mounts will put more power to the ground
