I just programmed by scan gauge for a run around the block and it SEEMS to report 0*kr. I just don't think this is all that believable. Only modification is a homemade short ram intake and it doesn't even report KR on wot runs.

I triple checked the xgauge values.

Do a second gear pull, all the way up to 90-100mph.

Don't have enough road around here, but I'm heading to class later and I'll do it, then.

If it still reports none, or very little, is that good news?

If you don't feel any KR, you're good. And obviously it's good news if your car doesn't knock haha. I don't really know about 0KR especially at shifts.

It feels solid, I don't notice any stuttering. I guess maybe I just have a good motor.

Well you can't "feel" KR, you may just notice when the PCM retards timing because of KR and the car doesnt move as quickly.

Sorry, that's what I meant. Mine knocks like a mofo at the 1-2 shift.

On my way to class tonight I gave the car a hearty beating on and KR peaked at 1.3*, with it usually being around .3 to .9

I'm not really upset because I've seen some people on here with relatively stock motors being plagued with 7+* of KR.

(to get an accurate measurement I took her up to 110)

The motor hasn't exploded, so probably not. Not only that but it DOES read knock WOT in 3rd gear (peaked at 1.3*)

Nah, I picked her up around christmas and only just programmed in the KR sensor since I'm about to start a box of modifications.

    I wish, though. I spent 150.
