yea the impalas have same size tires all the way around. i would switch impala ss and gp gxp personally but thats just me. the shift kits only cost 90 bucks and are easy to put in. its literally unbolt a few bolts drop the tranny pan. then unbolt a couple more bolts...drop the accumulator. then pull it apart put new springs and seals in put it all back together. and no the air box's arenot the same as i had an 04 gp and there is small differences. and personally i prefer spectra filters over k&n just because you dont gotta oil them and their cheaper. there are new headers in progress of being made that will be strictly bolt on for 350 buck then do 3 inch exhaust from there. im slowly but surly working on modding mine but its a really slow process

Ya i agree i would switch the two around because i dont have to worry about the tires but i thought i did, guess i did not pay attention. Well if they are not the same then ill just use it some how to make a good CAI if not then maybe just buy one Made or do a complete custom one.

Seems pretty simple to do but i got to get the car raised up tough, if anything ill possibly do that shift kit and Air intake only. Then Later on see if i want to do headers and stuff. BTW the Intake itself will be a good increase in power right? If so i just do that and the shift kit and the trans cooler and then that's it, that on the impala if i get the GXP then add getting same tires on the list and thats all the mods. Its going to be a DD so i dont want later on like after 90k or 100k miles later for it to become a money pit like our other 07 GP base did.

Hey thanks again Marines542 and the rest of ya guys for all you help, If and when i get the GXP im sure you guys can help me out with the GXP or SS which ever one i get lucky with. OR if i get really really luck and find a S/C GP or Impala then hey i dont have to worry about all that stuff and just do intake, exhuast and tune and there ya go a good DD right there. But i got to get lucky and find one around here. been looking for one within 200miles and under 13k with less than 70k miles but no luck. Soon though Soon, Thank you all again i really Appreciate the help.
