It's been sold, so how do I get rid of thread? moderator? Moderators may remove this one.

You don't.. we get to keep it to giggle that you were considering a GP. Most uncomfortable cars ever built by GM. Until you get into the 04+ seats.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Yeah those headrests are items of torture. But alas, it is already sold. In addition to Pontiacs, I have a long relationship with Mopar and found this one to look at tomorrow. Cars for Sale: 1996 Chrysler Concorde LX in Knightdale, NC 27545: Sedan Details - 330514058 - AutoTrader.com

96 Chrysler Concorde LX with 38K miles (!). The miles are good and price is right for my commuting issues, even if it's not the most stylish vehicle out there. Have had good service from every Mopar I've owned. So we'll see.

Now you can really giggle - Chrysler LX... it will go well with my Town & Country, though...

You realize Chrysler is made by Dodge... Dodge, think about that.....it's like they are trying to say something by naming it that.

Hey I had a 71 Dodge Dart Swinger with a 318. Loved that car. 84 Truck 4 x 4 full size with slant six. That heavy duty trans with granny low - if the truck would fit, it would go. traded that for a 92 Dakota that I drove for 11 years. So I can't "dodge" them. Wish I had money for a new dart, but only if it came in copper with a black vinyl topp... lol like my old 71.

And I won;t mention that Dodge is still around.... barely.... : ) And I am just kidding - I really have a soft spot for Pontiacs.... and Vegas.... and a LOT of other cars that are better forgotten... I even owned an Audi Fox - I think that's German for "a fool and his money are soon parted"....

Only a newbie here. Been down these roads before... : ) If you come across any GPs or Bonnevilles around GSO, let me know - I run thru there every Sunday and Friday afternoon. I'm looking for less than 150k and around $2k money. More of a commuter vehicle than hot rod. Although if it lives long enough, might hot rod on it some...

You think the GP seats are uncountable, try sitting in a ford focus lol. Might as well be hard plastic seats.

The Concorde was a bust too. It looked awful in person. I would not expect a 38K car to have torn/worn leather seats. Plus a multitude of other issues that just didn't feel right for the mileage.

But I keep seeing a lot of Bonnevilles, so maybe another will come up soon.
