So, does the EGR actually pull timing? I figured it would help with timing or at least the KR since it is introducing cooler air into the combustion chamber and helping the fuel burn better.
I know our timing is automatically adjusted through the PCM ( as long as there isnt any knock it would advance as needed and retard as neccessary). Getting a dyno Tune(preferably) would set and dial everything in more precisely and the timing would have a set degrees to refer to.
So if the EGR helps in so many ways, shouldnt the timing already be provided from the benefits of the EGR rather than having to add it?
