    It's really hard on your motor to idle for extended periods of time.
    98 GTP modded 1.9's, sd headers, 3.4", zzp 1.0 230K miles scrapped.

    its even harder on your engine to beat on it.

    so what is the "recommended operation condition" for an engine?
