Actual argument for boost/vac gauge: It's actually a good diagnostic tool. It tells you if you have a vacuum leak (vacuum will be low at idle), tells you if a boost bypass valve or waste gate is malfunctioning (reading boost levels). It can even tell you if that damn T under the snout got ripped causing your MAP sensor to not read boost, along with other issues.
Besides, whats the point of having a boosted vehicle if you can't show it to the nubs riding with you?![]()
