    I like them both, but the interior won it over for me. 6th gen interior looks like an interior from an 85 Cavalier. The seats, the dash, the steering wheel are all ugly, with a capital UG.

    The 7th gens also suffer less issues than 6th gens were prone to.

    I like the 97-03s the best personally. I have an 03 gt and love it to death. However my dad just bought an 05 gt and it really is a drivers car. Everything in the car is tilted towards the driver for a great experience and it is a really comfy car to cruise in, great for long drives. Now if you have your mind set on an 97-03 gp then dont try to be persuaded by a good 04+ deal. You simply will always look back and think I could of, would of, and should of, but didnt buy that nice 02 gtp coupe with everything I want lol.

    i have to agree the 04+ seats are very comfortable lol
