I have only the 3800 badges on the car. Have debadged every vehicle. Removed the door ding guards on everything since my ram

Personally if I could, I'd remove and fill in all the pontiac emblems and badges on the car if I had the money to do it. (fill and paint)

I like that but how would you do it? The bumper is flexible and body putty would just crack and fall out no? What would you use?

    There is flexible filler.

example, there was a Mitsubishi tri diamond in this front bumper. I had it filled with flexible filler.

    Personal preference...
My truck is even wearing the dealer sticker.
My car.. it lost all it's badges based on them being half broken and missing etc. The Regal badge is pretty fragile, when I cleaned and waxed up the car...they pretty much fell off. Worst case scenario is that they mistake me for a Century. Let'm....it's a much slower and relaxed car.

To all of you that get your panties in a bunge when someone calls your car a Grand Am... maybe you should have gotten something that doesn't look similar to one? Heck..a GP is just a GA that got enough water to grow into a real car.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

The main reason why I take the badges off my cars is that it makes it a whole lot easier to wax the car. I am not spending extra time with q-tips and horse hair brushes trying to get all the garbage out of the lettering of the badges, so I do it for my sanity.

I agree. I have always removed all of mine. It's like leaving the tags on clothes, just looks silly.

There are some cases where you can't tell what the car is without the badge. The E46 is a good example of this.
OverKilled, HAI, Ported Throttle body, Ported intake, ZZP DP, Magnaflow, BMR ta's, GMPP STB's, CCS springs, tinted tailights, roof rails, TEP cool'r, G8 hood. Glass Gearbox.

Badges get stuck on buffers and rags and ruin them. Then the letters break and makes your mediocre car look worse. Additionally, I'm not going to advertize for some used car dealership three states away or something.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

I think it depends on the car and sometimes with the way body styles are its not always easy to tell I sad a station wagon looking car the other day wondered what it was come to find it was a Malibu the Malibu's I always seen were more like a sedan look so ya never know however on my own GP I am planing on De badgeing because when you wax it they are a pain to work around and get clean

Know what I reallly love? The badges that don't belong. We all seen them abut 4 months ago I saw a chevy chevette (remember them) had turbo badges and stick on vents and hood scoops and the guy getting in thought he was sooooooooooo bad. It was pretty funny to see him strutting to his car. Had a cheapie paint job too where they painted over the rust, but the Turbo badge was the kicker
