    IDK about you guys, but when I'm "filling up" after it clicks, I can put another 4 gallons in until it's topped off.

    I always top off and never have an issue. I'm OCD about even amounts too.

    You might have a bad fill neck or something, mine is usually past F when it clicks.

    Bad fill neck? If I don't top it off it's past "F" too... but when I do top it off, I can drive about 150 miles before it goes below "F".
