Climate Control Flickering?

I have never noticed it before, but my friend said it has always flickered everytime he has rode with me. When I put my lowbeams on, the climate control lights go nuts, but if I put just my parking lights and fogs on, the climate control is fine?

Probably a ground issue, but where do I start??

Its a pretty common problem. It needs to be sent off for repair or replaced with a Junkyard Part. Which may have the same issue.
At the shop we use this place My Air Bags They do Airbag repair/Module rebuilding. Along with Climate control repair.
