Ok don't think Im a cheap a** but I was looking around at some intercoolers and stumbled across these kits... Liquid Air Intercooler . I've read around and heard of some people runnin around 5-10* above ambient which id say is pretty good and hardly any pressure drop... just wondering what the general concensus was... it would b going on a dd with headers 3.4 and an overkill tune

I think those are more for turbos, not S/C cars. Instead of running huge front mount for a turbo, some people run these where the boosted air goes in one side though the cooler and out the other side.

Now I run a frozen boost front mount for my IC setup and it works great. This is what I run with my stage2 ZZP core: Air to Water Heat Exchanger

You would still need a 3800 vendors IC Core for a S/C setup.

There are people using FB front mounts, which can be larger in Cubic Inch than the 3800 vendors.

Best cooling option is a Dual Pass heat excanger over a single pass because it is cooled twice. These generally cost quite a bit more.

Basically if you look around and find what you need, you can do a custom setup with better, more consistant temp drops than waht is on the market. If you want to splurge on vendor parts, with everything in a kit, you can go that route too.
