Thanks! It'll look better this spring when I have a chance to really clean her up and put the bullitts back on.

Possibly. But probably for sure by the end of summer. I explained to my dad how my springs were pretty worn out and he was actually the one that said I should get new ones. We just won't tell him that the car is going to be lower.

Two free lug nits from dealership cause they screwed two of them up. Free alignment and free spare tire today. I think this has been productive. That my friends is why ya get stuff in writing when ya buy a car

Just say you want sportier springs that make you feel more comfortable with the overall drive ability of the car.

You should fix that. And ...no it's the wire that broke under the white patch that's stuck to the heater to keep the wires from moving.

^ He's got a writeup on how to fix it. Common problem. Mine has been broken since the summer, about time I get around to fixing it.

Yeah I suppose I could. I don't live at home anymore so it's not like he would even really notice or care about it anyway. I just feel if he knows he will say that something will break and give me a hard time and then something will break. lol. Seems to work like that.

It's not like you're slamming the car. A pair of SSC's or Eibachs with GR-2/Excel-G struts, and some anti pogo washers are more than safe.

It's all mine. Although his name is on the title for me to get cheaper insurance but I paid for the car.

True. I will probably get SSC springs and not sure if I will be able to afford new struts yet or not though.

Nothing wrong with that lol. Nothing wrong with saving some money . How bag is the sag..if I was you it would wait and just get new struts/springs and install them out the same time. Especially if your stockers have high mileage.

So happy to see my baby again! Took the passenger fender off to straighten where it meets with the door cuz stupid tow truck driver bent it and bent the **** outta my door too. But since I wasn't there I didn't find out til a week later -.- for some reason it doesn't wanna straighten out... massive gap in the middle if I align the bottom the way its supposed to be...

Also sounds like my grandpa may have someone to rebuild my engine i'll have to see if I can have it done in time for the Wisconsin-dells meet cuz that'd be an awesome birthday/anniversary/graduation/vacation present!

Well with the Bullitts on it rubs in the rear. I will be rolling the fenders this spring but that will only be a temporary solution. My car has 155,000 on it and I only put 35,000 of that on there so I don't know how it was treated prior to me owning it.

I vote susp overhaul come spring! Roll the fenders. New springs, new struts/mounts. Some Vinnie spacers and boom you have susp that will last for awhile.

quickstruts are cheap unless you want to lower, in which case gr2's + a decent spring + some mounts should run you ~500 bucks.

I thought I priced that out and the struts themselves were over $500.
