Ive seen much darker plate covers around. Its not really that dark, like 50%. My phone screen, well its been abused around cars for a while. Luckily that's just the screen cover that's all messed up.

Only clear is authorized a cop made me take mine off on the spot and gave me the exact state code that specifies it.

Huh. I'll have to look up MI laws and see.

Hell even clear plate covers are illegal in PA. Doesn't stop people from running them, but if they piss a cop off they can get nailed for it.
