Thread: What did you do to your Car today?

Your right, although from the sounds of it I'll be tearing into it all AGAIN. At least I have a buddy with a garage he'll let me use now so I'm not doing this all on a tarp in the grass. I'll also get some more Peel N Seal to put on the transmission and knock sensors. What's weird is I adjusted my BBV a little and it seemed to have gotten better. Car feels a lot quicker as well. When I first started working on the car I pulled the BBV valve off when I painted the Gen V. I haven't been too sure of it's adjustment since, if it were a stock car I'd have never touched the BBV.

I can say the USB on Torque Pro reads a LOT faster than the BT OBD 2 adapters. The KR reading were at least 3-4x faster than over bluetooth, I got some many more readings it was insane, almost too fast to read.

Had a few people call about the gp. One guy texted me this....

Ok dude...its a grand prix. If you know the issues it really doesn't matter what I tell you. He'd been a dick the whole time so I don't care. Someone else is coming to look at it tonight tho.

How many miles did it have and rust?

2600 seems like a really good deal, as far as I knew your car was pretty rust free and clean.

Lol. Her dad bought it for her. She hasn't seen it yet.

And no rust really, just on one of the inner wheel well where it bends in from the body. Rockers always looked clean from underneath.

Threw my 3.0 on my car then stopped and looked at a 98 se for sale. Guy said he'd take $1,000 for it.
