Thread: What did you do to your Car today?

Thought about changing my plugs today.. Then decided not to. I'll probably wash it and change the plugs tomorrow. Good news is no back surgery for me. Just gotta take it easy again for a few months and get back into physical therapy.

I'm just one of those people that can't stand sitting around doing nothing.. I just need to get out and do something.

i hear ya, but doing your plugs aint good right now. nothing like being bent over for 45 minutes. plank out for a few days. feel better.

Yeah true.. I'll guess I'll just settle for a trip to the track tomorrow evening. At least I'll get out of the house for a bit.

Now that I have FINALLY got my head unit to boot up, monitor the car, play music, etc. exactly like I want it to, I'm gonna use Titanium back-up to back it all up. Then I'm gonna reinstall a few apps to see if I can't get the boot time a little faster...or at least music to play a little faster. 30 seconds isn't that long, but I want it faster.

Got it an cabin filter and installed it, real test is tomorrow if it stops the beeswings from flying.
Then I wiped down the interior. Really needs swept but my shop vac is up at the house so I couldn't.

I used the natural armor all interior detail to avoid the greasy look. I am pretty impressed so far. It just looks really clean and flat. I like.

Other news....white car is diiiiiirrrrttttttyyyyyyyy! You'd swear I drive it on all gravel roads every day. I was going to wash it but decided not to since it'll just get dirty again tomorrow. I'll wait till Friday so it can at least stay clean for a few days. Seeing all the limestone dust sit on it makes me cringe.

Know your pain with the gravel roads. It's sad when waxing car, and before you get one fender done you can already see dust on the whole car.

Try dirt roads then get back to me sand is EVERYWHERE

I dont do any gravel roads tho, that's the joke. It sits ina gravel lot all day with a lot of semi traffic, so it's just as bad. Booooo.

Black is definitely a b!tch. My car doesn't get near as dirty as it used to with the job change. I love it.

black shows everything. looks good clean. but gets dirty fast. i got pollen dust all over it right now.

Changed the rack on dad's regal then flashed a tune to it after I saw the 11* of KR it's getting. It has a press on 3.4 on it I didn't realize until today. It'll be getting some 104's friday and hopefully a 3"dp and ported front manifold soon.
