If you wanna be cheap you could just replace the headlight. Just heat up the front bumper to pop out the dent (if one is there) and remove the other cars paint. Then for the hood you could always bend it back to straight...wont be perfect but eh it'll look better.
I was able to remove the hood on my car in maybe five minutes and the front bumper took another fifteen to pull off so it's super simple stuff.
These cars are really simple to replace the front clip on and around me there are at least fifteen of them in the one yard I always go to ( I have atleast four more around me as well). So go ahead and slap new parts on it and drive it til it booms.
put seat back on original color seat to compare. -

wheres the white strips?
Well. It's not the plastic bumper.
It's the frame inside bent and touching the radiator.
Everything is kinda bent. But it's running good.
^^^ It can be running on only its chassis and no body and it still is better than nothing. And By nothing i guess its that Dakota.
Well yes.
Is it fixable for the low budget?
Take a chain wrap it around a sturdy tree or pole and pull that bar back out, new bumper cover, etc and bam that's what I did for my SE
What's the budget? If you pull all the parts yourself could probably do it for $50-100 at a local self service junker. And as far as straightening all that out goes, if you were to do the chain-tree trick I'd stick a 2x4 on either side of the crease(on the side facing the rad.) and wrap the chain around the top half of both planks and crisscross around the support beam when you do the lower half and make sure it stays tight. As you pull it out the 2x4 should slide closer together and if not you'll have to do it manually but it will help to keep you from crushing the support piece with the chain as you pull it straight

I wouldn't mind pay 400$ to get it done.
But more than this is too much.
I'll try the tree chain thing. Kinda scared not to pull half car apart lol. I need to take the bumper cover out to see how bad it's underneath.
There ya go!
