So if I were to get this one, how would I hook up the lines? Would I have to go buy a connector?

Tried to tighten front bumper cover, missing a push pin. Is 11589290 the GM part number? Can I find something similar at AZ or Advance?

I didn't get the kit. I bypassed the radiator cooler, used the hose and clamps the cooler came with. I went with the Hayden 1404 and that was a tight fit. How will you fit the 1405 in there?

So you used a line cutter and cut the metal part of the trans cooler line, and hooked the rubber line right up to the metal line?
I have the 97-03 design, so it may be different than yours. I looked in there and I saw lots of room. I may try to get a pic

Nah just cut the rubber lines by the trans. The metal lines turn to rubber in between the transmission and radiator cooler. Splice those with 3/8 barbed fittings. I used fuel injection hose clamps and lock wired them to each other

Right, so did the kit come with the 3/8ths hose fittings, or did you have to buy them elsewhere?

Took the stripes off. (Ass pain).
    Changed serpentine belt. (Still noise)

Tried to fix the bumper from the accident I had (saw how bad the frame and gave up)

    Now car looks boring.

    Thinking about painting the rims.
What color goes with silver gp?

    Red rims?
    Black?
    White?

Should be a simple push type retainer. If you can get another one out you can compare them. Advance should have them on hand I'd grab extra as well cuz once they get dirt in them they don't slide at all to pull them back out. So if you ever try to fix something behind the bumper you'll more than likely break most of them

I simply took the clip off the radiator top and bottom, and put hose clamps on the trans lines into the trans cooler.

The cooler itself comes with hose, clamps, and some plastic mounting push thru type of things. I mounted mine to the radiator brace in front of the condenser instead of using the push thru things.

Had to take the GP up north to help move my grandma into the assisted living home, then drove her 93 Crown vic mega boat on wheels back down here so we can tune it up and sell it for her. Had my dad drive my car back home and I think we got an avg of 28-29 mpg with having to take the slower county roads round the Mille Lacs Lake. Chalk up another 260+ mile road trip.

Yes I'll do it with detailed pics. Now remember the one I'm gonna be installing is a complete radiator bypass but I can still show how and where to cut the stock tranny lines at and all cause I have a setup like that now
