Washed it, parked it in the garage, and hid the keys in plain sight on the dresser. I'll be in Cali for Tue week and the GXP can't come, lol.
Well, I left Sunday and drove the car 300 miles to Richmond area of Virginia to spend a few days with my girlfriend. Drove it the 300 miles home today.
If it weren't for mountains and cold weather I could average over 28 mpg on a trip. I managed about 25 on the trip down. I think the trip back I might have gotten 23.
I hit 151,000 miles on the trip down. Ole girl was filthy though. She was no longer black, she was grey. Did good for me though.
Installed Seahawks plate frame!
Forgot but I replaced broken plug wire ziptied some loose wiring and tucked rear plug wires under snout!
Polished the headlights, corners and fog lights. Changed out my blue (cheap ebay) bulbs with my spare silverstar bulbs.
Tried to order a ZZPerformance Gen 5 throttle body turn down adaptor but they are out of stock. Should be about the last thing I need for the IC install.
I want to do that mod. Just not when it soo cold outside. I've read the write up but get lost on heaterboard/drilling holes part.
im not a big fan of having those led turn signals...i drove one car with em and they annoyed me
i wanna do that mod so bad, but i don't really understand it =/
It's really easy.. it took me about 3.5 hours from start to finish
I would love to do that mod but I never would. my gma's 03 silverado has it, it's nice.
oh, and my car. The sat radio kit was supposed to be here monday, and correct me if I'm wrong but Tuesday is gone and there's no sat radio!
So the windstar van has the LED turn signals already in them and you pull your mirrors out and fab them in correct?
I've looked at bill's thread but still get lost on the making the holes for the LED to shine through.
I didn't make holes they shine right thru.. also I dont have heated mirrors like his regal does.. do grand prixs even come with heated mirrors?
Dang I just realized I could have did the write up on how to wire it up in a grand prix
