if the shape of the mirror is close you steal the heat pad, not the mirror.

I could say something there. (wink)
Honestly..parts sourcing is the toughest part of the job. You've performed a trans service (more than a lot of people), you cleaned down the engine (still waiting on the pics of you doing that to prove it BTW). You're about to change your fuel filter. Wiring is very easy once you learn about it a little. I've always done a little research on projects, maybe practiced on a scrap piece or at a junkyard on parts you don't care about. Then ... it's easier to know how to get the job done.
Gave it a break from newspaper delivery today, ordered new struts. Should have the rebuilt transmission ready by the end of the month as well. Then the only problems I should have with the GP are the standard leaks that come with any car with 175k miles.
Key to doing the mirrors guys is not to peel the heater. If she doesn't have a heater, it's about 5 times easier.
Half of my IC install is done! just need my fuel rails to get here to put the top half on

washed it. no rain since last friday when i buffed it. so it got dusty. then i parked where the sprinklers hit the parking lot, and it looked like mud was thrown on my car.
so washed in 100 deg heat.
i must say tho, cars always seem to look better after the first wash after being waxed.
