soo did you do the $65 kit or the $85 kit? im between the two.. I would assume the $85 kit since I'm gonna need the seals gaskets and filter anyways right?
Also, it says "Please note- The Transgo Shift Kit is NOT a performance shift kit! If your intentions are firmer performance feel shifts then please contact us for additional tips and instructions."
so if thats the case...why buy it? i mean when i don't have my nixon pcm with maxed out trans settings, it's a sloppy mess. so i'm sure it would help but i thought the whole point of a shift kit is to firm the shifts...
Took some pics of it playing outside
from what i can tell from my new trans, its has a shift kit in it. when driving around without the perf shift button lit, it drives and shifts very normal, when you hit the button, it shifts a lot harder, especially with a pedal shift at 5400 rpms or so. i really dont like red lining the engine so i let off slightly at 5300 to 5400 rpm and then hammer the gas back down, and its a solid hard shift. if i let it shift on its own (floored to red line) it just sucks it into the next gear with authority!
DO IT!
hehe. mines an 03 and nix has it 100% in performance mode all the time and i know line pressure is increased i just dont know if its maxed or not. either way. i can only imagine how fun my car would shift with a shift kit lol. i just hate to put any more money in it for fear of the input clutch piston seal to crap out even more. but maybe its worth it idk
Did a coolant flush then washed and waxed. The Turtle wax spray wax which you use after you wash it makes for a really nice quick job and is actually pretty good.
got my dorman sway bar today, 67 bucks shipped to my door
where from, dpz?
Selling my Fuel Logs from my GTP so I can convert to a return style system. Grabbed a return line from an Impala today at the junkyard and the fuel pump to use the canister lid.

Mine's gonna get a lot of miles put on it broken, so it better enjoy every bit of it.
both side of mine were busted so when i did my rack i removed it, drove for 2 months no sway bar, when you get and put a new one in, the car feels like its some one else's.
