Shiny side up and in between the ditches is all I ask. Hey but I checked my blinker fluid Kyle and it was low.

Filled the ***** up with gas. Had 44 cents off a gallon. I also put 5 gallons in a gas can that I intend on putting in my Stealth to try to get it started.
Put my car back together. Hopefully for the last time. Then tuned a car.
Brother brought his 07 GT over, said it was running hot and making a weird squeeling noise when it was cold, but not hot.
2 bolts in the water pump were backed out about 1/4" and one of the elbows was leaking. Took everything apart to find out that the previous owner changed the pump and the elbows, but left the broken ends of the elbows still in the pump/LIM, and didn't tighten all the WP bolts.
Caused the pump to sit cock-eyed and found the cause of the squeel.

WP was contacting the front cover, scraping the hell out of it until it warmed up enough to clear it.
what a botch job. funny it stopped when warm, cause metal expands when it gets hot, aka fatter, shrinks when colder.
Yep, my guess is that the WP case expanded at a faster rate than the front cover/impeller, so it actually pushed it away enough to clear.
Ionno, science. But I buffed it out, fixed it all gooder and stuffs.
im more surprised it didnt leak from the elbows asap when the po did the repairs in the first place. how does one not see part of the elbow is missing? then smash a new one in the hole lol noobs......
Finished the puddle lights/turn signals on the drivers side and re-wired both since the lights dim on the ground side oddly. Now it all works as it should, tomorrow the door panel lights can get hooked up and door panels put back on. It was getting late and I was getting really pissed off with all the mosquitoes.
Went to Belle Tire to get my tire patched, was gonna cost me 12 bucks but the guy didn't charge me. I was so happy and thanking him. I guess it had a nail in it.

Got a bunch of microfiber towels and some cleaning stuff. Now I get to do rear struts and hopefully have time to do my headers before I head to the track..
Iwish you luck don't break anything

Yesterday was the second day in a row that I drove on fumes. Literally had the needle resting on the pin when I hit the station.
Took 14 gallons to fill. Hmmmm was Buick hedging a bit?
your floats off Bill when my light comes on solid, (still in the yellow) it takes 14 to fill it. 3 gallons or so left when the light comes on.
Scott...at 241K, I'm not going to argue with that float. It's working and so is the pump.....even when I continually run it down to E.
Never ever mess with something that is working fine.
i hear that, never fix what aint broken lol
When it breaks...ohhhhh I'll have to
Brought it back from dead and drove it in to work.
Lower than a stock RSX even parked uphill.
