the sway bar does not have anything to do with the play in the wheel, only ti rods, ball joints and wheel bearings.
The sway bar just keeps the front end from flexing going into corners and keeps its planted.

so dont take mine out lol
Went outside, opened it up, grabbed the Monster I left in there, closed door and walked back inside.....cool story huh? Lol
Tie Rod ends, flipped the front sway bar (rubbing and hitting the Downpipe), installed two exhaust hangers that were missing.

Lets see, I attempted to pull the flat right rear tire only to find the lug nuts were hammered on by the last person to put them on. This in turn caused issues with the cheapass GM lugnuts stripping the "chrome cap". I had to hammer the socket onto the lugnut to get it to hold, then I had to use a 4" cheater pipe to get it to break loose. Then I had to hammer the lugnut out of the socket once I got it off. I once finally got it off I found the threaded part of the valve stem where the cap screws onto was broken. This threw my idea of just plugging the tire and putting it back on out the window.
I put the donut tire on and really wasn't comfortable seeing it on there so I took it back off. I was going to throw a Stealth RT wheel I have on there, only to find the hub bore too small. So I decided I would pull the Stealth into the driveway because it has some 15" Mustang steelies on the front with winter treads and I knew I could put one of those on instead. Well what do you know, Stealth wouldn't start, dead battery. Drag the battery charger out, lots of cranking but still wont start. I put the donut BACK on the GP, pulled it into the yard and used jumper cables. Finally got it started. Pulled the GP back into its spot in the driveway. Pulled the Stealth in the driveway, took the steely off, put the RT wheel on it and put it back down. Took the donut back off the GP, put the steely on and voila, 2.5 hours later, done.
^^^a lot of work for one tire lol
Thats what I said.
ran her thru the car wash.. bye bye white chalky car, hello shiny blue car!
I'll be driving the GTP all week (with the baby seat in the back) because my daughter dumped a Sprite into the console of the Acadia. It now takes two hands to move the shifter out of park. Taking the Acadia to the dealer (has a headlight recall anyway) I tryed to remove the console but what a *****, ain't worth my labor.
thought about washing it but realized who cares, its gonna get dirty anyways. stupid hoe.
was driving on the highway today, doing bout 70 in the middle lane and this asshole just turns into my lane from the right lane. for no reason, she had 3 or 4 hundred feet to the next car. we got so close i cant believe we didn't hit.
should there have been a car to my left, it would have been a 3 car pile up plus who ever would have hit us all from behind, i hate close calls that are that close.
always wondered how the regal would handle if i had to crank the wheel one way and then back at hi speed, (75 this time) now i know, not to bad i must say, she held the road like a champ.
Blocked me when I said ***** I mean Be och.
