I'm getting 19 right now on my N/A GT here in Ohio. But lots of stop and go traffic. No mods at all...completely stock. Guess I should get some kind of tune, maybe that would help me out.

I went from 29 to 33-35 highway after dsmuts threw a tune on it. Plus the trans settings and fan turn on are worth it wven if you dont gain anything

im always getting 30+ in my 01 gt has 58K miles now..Went to st cloud, like 100 miles away going 70+ i was still getting 30, round trip it was 29.5, and that was going like 80 whole way back, im super amazed by my gas milage, i had a 00 with 145K, and i would get 34 or so going 55 down highway, but going 70-80 for 200 miles getting 29.5 is amazing.

Yup the aint bad cruisers, seen plenty of high mile grand prix's at work to tell that tale.

I pulled off a trip to wis dells and back on a tank. I stopped 30 miles from home just in case for fuel and it was 440 miles on 15 gallons, so roughly 29.3 mpg. Lots of hills and construction too.

320.3 miles in 8.38 Fort Worth to Galveston with a stop on westheimer. Pretty good but I drove with a slight wind helping me and it was a lot of gentle downward slop for my direction as well. Coming back my milage was no where near that but they closed 45 and I got stuck in serious stop and go for a few hours then back roads where I got stuck in stop and go for the renaissance. it is what it is.

15.13 cutting it close. I paid $3.29 for 93 on my last tank and I averaged just over 21mpg. If this crap weather clears up I need to get my car to a gas station and top it up. I hate/won't let it sit all winter with a near empty tank.

I'd top it off and add fuel stabilizer. 15 shouldnt be too close, I'm supposed to have a 17.5 gallon tank. It was a few notches above e.

I always top it up and add stabilizer. It could sit until June.

20-22 mpg pure highway in my 2000 gt. I drive it with fuel mileage in mind. My 3.4 Alero I was pulling 28-30 mpg this time of year last winter. Hopefully going up once I receive the maf sensor from Reptile. Mine is shot.

I've only had my '99 GTP sedan for a little while and just took my first real road trip in it today. I averaged 24.8mpg across a 200mi drive that was pretty much entirely highway, most of it winding, and around 75mph.

    Does that sound good/expectable?

I also did right about 15.8~ mpg on my last tank of city-only, which I thought was abysmal, but it seems in line with the EPA figures now that I look it up.

25 mpg at 75 is okay I guess, might be able to sneak another mpg or two at that speed with a good tune up.

But anything over 2,000 rpms and mpgs go way down. 65-68 mph at around 1800-1900 rpm was my sweet spot, could get 30-32 always going up to the cabin. Normal avg on those tanks with some of city/back roads was 29.

And yes, 15-16 city is kinda good. I got between 14-16 in the summer and 10-12 in the winter months with my super short commute.

I used to get 29 - 31 highway on 93 octane in my 99 cammed GTP on a 3.2/3.4 pulley. Constant 29 highway never failed. I got 31 on a 400 ish mile trip going from Michigan to Wisconsin and the same on the way back doing 75 ish in MI and 70 in Wisconsin both ways. And 29 was doing 75 - 77 here in MI highway

Temperature plays a decent role, if you can get 29mpgs in the summer, 25 in the winter isn't abnormal.
