    Just do it?

The fenders are just bolts, some up top, in the door jam and maybe one on the bottom by the side skirt. Remove the fender liner too.

The radiator is as simple as it sounds, hoses, cooler lines, cooling fans and like 2 bolts, lift out through the top.

not sure if this was due to a repair or something, but my fenders were both tack welded or riveted at one place near the bottom, so watch out for that. Regardless, I used a sharp chisel to pop it off. If you're interested, I'll post the "official" service manual procedure write up with pictures tonight if I get a chance.

Unless I'm completely insane, you pretty much have no choice other than to remove the bumper (at least partly) to remove the fenders since they hold the bumper up.
