Wanted to go get a milkshake but I got no headlights!
(I ain't got a blender to make my own milkshakes either!)
Doesn't matter if the switch is in AUTO or ON.
    High Beams do work.
If set to ON and I shut the car off the HL warning chime comes on.
    Bulbs are good.
    Fuses #3 & #4 are good.
No blender, no headlights, no milkshake.
    Give me some ideas!
    About the headlights that is!

Likely the HDM Module in the fuse box.

It's a special 5 pin relay for the headlights, seen them go bad often.

    Nevermind...I found it.
    #35 underhood.
I'll replace it in the morning.
    Thanks FFDP!

That is where I would start, replaced several thoughout the years for no low beam headlights but everything else working.

Of course none of the other relays in the fuse box have the same 5 pin connector style so you can never swap them around to test.

I've had this go out 2 or 3 times on my 08. There is a recall but it's not even worth my time to try to go to the dealer.

Napa will replace theirs for a couple 3 years if I remember correctly - just hold on to your receipt!
