Thread: secuirty light flashes

I have a 2001 pontiac grand prix and my security light and srs air bag flashes how to take care of that problem

I disconnected the Theft Deterrent Module, and now the light stays off, car starts, runs, and drives fine. In my search trying to fix my issue, it is a common problem with the PK3 security system and the failure of it. The worst being if the car will not stay running because of the fuel shut off after 3 seconds.
